Chad was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful across a couple interactions I had with this company. I docked a star for a couple less pleasant conversations with another employee there who was quick to interrupt and quick to claim I didn't have what was needed, thankfully Chad cut in during one of those conversations to help get things sorted.

I recently took my elderly mother to Donnie Boyer to transfer her car title. I went in first and explained that she has a hard time doing steps and asked if there was another door we could use. The employee said don't worry we'll bring everything out to the car for her to sign! Great customer service!

I have transferred so many titles here, this place is 10/10, every employee is super knowledgeable and helpful with trying to save you money. Always a super quick transaction even if there were several people in line ahead of you, definitely my favorite messenger around.
