Donatos Pizza

I have been reviewing restaurants for quite some time over the years on and off. I used to cook for a living and still cook for others as pleasure. Many of my friends know that I am a pizza connoisseur. I have had just about every pizza place in Owensboro, KY. Many are good. Believe me when I say that The Famous Thin Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza from Donatos Pizza is absolutely killing the game here.🔥💣🍕 The dough has a wonderful flavor. It was cooked great. The hot honey is amazing. It gave a sweet heat that was not too hot but added insane flavor. Superb. I had this as carryout and it stayed in the box a little longer than I would have liked it to but it didnt phase it. I can only imagine straight out of the oven. Pizza was good. It needed a little more honey, in my opinion. The boneless wings were not good and the garlic bread was not great. Still gave 4 stars because the pizza was good and the delivery was fast.

I love going to Donatos. They make you feel like family. And Pizza Week is fantastic

We traveled an hour 1\2 to eat here and we not disappointed. The restaurant is clean and the decor is completely up to date. They have a small bar and 6 big screen t.v.'s. The girl that was working so polite and friendly and professional. She really gave awesome service. And the pizzas were perfect. My daughter ordered a cheese pizza, boyfriend ordered the classic trio, and I ordered the traditional pepperoni. They were covered edge to edge with toppings and seriously cooked to perfection. I can't wait to go back!!
