Donatos Pizza

Donato's is a favorite of ours, but this shop consistently misses the mark in the exact same way every time, no matter how I try to get them to do it right. I order a double pepperoni with extra Xtra sauce. Extra sauce is a topping choice, and you can further specify if you want "Reg" extra sauce or "Xtra" extra sauce on the app. I say Xtra extra sauce, and they bring me this borderline light-on-sauce pizza every single time. I've called and ordered over the phone to really emphasize that I want extra sauce. I've ordered in person, waited, and told them to make it again... and they still put the same basic amount of sauce. I just don't understand. placed an order online. they had no drivers and referred to doordash. my food wasnt picked up at all by doordash. and when asking for a refund they told me i had to contact doordash even if i dont have a doordash account. not the ladies on the phones fault but this process is dumb

Just ordered a calzone, ask for extra spinach. When I got it, there were maybe 4 pieces of spinach in the entire thing, light on sausage. And whoever put the spices over the top put excessive pepper will not buy again.

The order taker was great and very helpful. Got the works pizza and add pineapple instead of mushrooms and it was good. Loaded with topping and they were great. Also got the side Italian salad and it was not really worth the money. There was supposed to be pepperoni or salami on it and there was not any. Mainly just cheese and lettuce. Also, their credit card reader was down, so I had to get cash to pay. The order taker told me the manager would give me a $5 discount for the inconvenience. When I went to pay I ask if the discount was on there, and she said yes. When I paid and later looked at the receipt there was not a discount.

Asked for my Ranch on the aside because I always get such a dry sandwich well today I get a dry sandwich with barely any toppings. Whomever made it should be ashamed of themselves. I have pictured to prove it.
