Don Tequilas Mexican Restaurant

Flew in from Phoenix to visit Mom who had a back operation. Came over to DuQuion for a Walmart stop and decided to try this place out. 3.5⭐'s. Service was wonderful.. kept our table of 5 with drinks at all times and very tentative to our needs. Portion sizes were excellent..

Server was great, but then the food came. The cheesy chicken rice came and had very little cheese. The dish had less than 3Tbls of cheese. My family loved this place at one time but now the serving are small for what you pay for.

Really nice time with my family but I didn't like the way the food was toned down for the area. Don't be scared of spices. Represent! I didn't detect any onion or garlic or pique. Other than that my food was delicious. I'll be back to visit. Give it another try. Thank you ☺️

Food is always great, a little more spicy than I typically like but is always good enough to keep me coming back for more !

Food was flavorless. I was charged a take out fee? I was not told about that when I ordered to go. I asked specifically what was in the food. I was not told sour cream. Yet it was on my food. Would not recommend. Will not go back.
