The most important thing about any restaurant you would go to is consistency. Don Juan (Mexican food) in Bethlehem is absolutely perfect with consistency. The employees are always nice and friendly, the food is always perfect and quite simply, they are the best! 😃
This is the 4th or 5th time the burrito is under 5" long & mostly rice. They used to be football sized for $8.00 now under 5" for over $10.00. I can't justify going back when you have plenty of other options equal or better for the same or less $
I love Don Juan! Food is always fresh and healthy. I eat there several times a month! Employees at the Bethlehem location are so nice and always recognize me :)
