I ordered 1 Ajiaco del tio Juaco $14.99 5 mini empanadas $9.99 1 side can $3.50 with tax and everything I payed $29.42 I took a bite of the tiny empanada and the meat tasted horrible. The worst I’ve ever had. I started to eat the soup and it tasted like reheated plastic or the corn husk. Probably sitting there for days. It was disgustingly and had very little seasoning and salt. It was terrible even though it looked like it would taste good. The white rice was good. That’s the only thing that was good. The toston it came with was only on double fried and dry. Was fried with old tasting oil. Horrible quality. They closed the bag so tight I couldn’t open it and I had to ask to make sure they put silverware which they had not so thank god I asked I think. Just cruising thru the food court at the Dadeland Mall looking for something different for lunch other than the pizza, Chinese, chicken, hamburgers& cheesesteaks! I've eaten Columbian food at a small family run restaurant near me in Miami Lakes but I am not that familiar with the dishes. So, they have a large menu that they show just the pictures,not the food! I choose a combination platter of pork spare ribs, sausage, morcilla, roast potatoes & a tostone! It looked delicious & at $21 it appeared to be a super deal???? Counter Service was nice, friendly & efficient! Waited about 10 minutes for my food. Pick up at the counter & take a seat! My first impression was that the platter DID NOT look like the picture. Unfortunately we’re very disappointed 😔 The food is not very fresh, empanadas was refried! Chorizo very dry. Chicharron decent. Juice decent. But very expensive!

Horrible experience. Don’t waste your time going here. It’s expensive and the presentation is worse than you would see at a fast food place. They put all the grease from the cheese on the arepa on the meat which is now swimming in fat. I ordered to dine in and got everything in a take out styrofoam box. $65 for what I paid in a food court in a mall. This will join the rest of awful Colombian restaurants in Miami.

I got no complaints. Ordered grilled chicken breast, and side salad. Overall good. Service was nice. Price was $17.11, the dude even offered me sample of chicaron (pork rinds) o something. Check out the photo.
