Don Hector | Peruvian Rotisserie

My boyfriend wanted some of the Arroz Chaufa today and as he was eating it he happily announced, “This is the best fried rice I’ve ever had in my life!” Suffice to say he will be back for more and may need to know the recipe for when he’s far away and can’t have it near him. He also enjoyed the vegetables of string beans and carrots along with the Inca Kola beverage. Thanks everyone at Don Hector!

Absolutely 10/10 food, I ordered the whole chicken and this fried rice side - the chicken was perfectly cooked and very flavorful. The sauces were out of this world and the have so many to try The amount of food I received is beyond worth the money plus I have dinner leftover for tomorrow too! I’ll be recommending this place to all my friends. It’s rare you can find a healthy large portion meal for an affordable price.

Don Hector's is a culinary tour of authentic Peruvian food. The place is impeccably clean and for dining in has more of a quick stop vibe. The service is friendly and they are willing to offer suggestions if needed. The food is fresh and delicious. Highly recommend you take a chance on some less popular items as well as each time I do brings my family new favorites. Well worth going.

Sister restaurant to Geronimo's in Ambler, so it's no surprise the food is absolutely delicious. Ben and Danny know what they're doing. We ordered the full chicken meal with salad, fries, plantains, vegetables, and chaufa. All of it delicious and cooked with care. There was enough for the three of us, plus plenty of leftovers. I can't wait to order again.
