Domino's Pizza

I’ve ordered from this Domino’s for a long time and usually tip well, but the customer service has really gone downhill. My most recent order never arrived, and after walking around outside for 15 minutes looking for it, I had to call in. Instead of an apology or any acknowledgment of the issue, I was met with attitude and excuses like “well he’s our only driver,” as if that explained the missing pizza. I wasn’t rude at all — I just explained that the order wasn’t delivered — and the response I got made me feel like I was inconveniencing them for a problem I didn’t cause. This isn’t the first time delivery issues have happened here, but this was the first time the staff was openly dismissive about it. From the people like james and the managers on duty to the food really good got the wrong food once but was impressed with how fast they corrected the issues would recommend

Pizza was over cooked. Also not done on time after being told it was done 3 separate times. This has happened every time we've gone to the willard location.

We had an issue so we called and explained. They were very accommodating. We're not ones to complain. The great thing is, they've fixed the issue and they're better than ever. The drivers are all great!
