Casey's

The new manager Christi has took over the store recently and she's very friendly , eager to help everyone including her staff. Lots of new faces these past few months but very friendly staff. The lines get pretty long when their is only one cashier or cook but still my go to every morning before school.

Ladies behind registers NOT friendly. Then how you going to charge me for ice when I bring my own cup. But the person before me gets a free drink, cuz she's your friend. Used to be a great place to go. But here lately it sucks. Well found out what's happening..the don't have smoke breaks, they got blunt breaks...cone on Casey's do better

I meant to write this yesterday but it slipped my mind. I come in quite often and came in yesterday, while I was checking out the cashier lady I think her name tag said Sheri, she was an older lady, was pretty rude to another employee (who seemed to be new) in front of a line of customers. I’m not 100% sure what had happened but she took a step back and was pretty snappy with the other employee. You can tell she was trying to be quiet about it but I could hear what she was saying clearly. Sheri also seems to not like doing her job in the first place considering she has constant annoyed look.

I have been going to this Casey's for almost a decade. I even worked at this location for a few years. Now I'm not one to leave reviews, but I could not help myself after the past few times I've been. I have tried on multiple occasions to try and order subs in the past and the online ordering would say that they are out of bread for me to see bread in the rack an hour or so later when I'd go in to get gas and a drink. The staff during the pm or closing shift have been rude acting like I was bothering them coming in to grab energy drinks and pay for gas on my way into work. I stopped by this morning and sub cooler had almost nothing in it and when I went to get gas the cashier put it on the wrong pump even after asking me again if I said pump 7. Not to mention I was the only vehicle out at

I am a loyal customer of this Casey’s for years, as I grew up in Willard. I have always been happy with this Casey’s until the other day I went in there in the morning time with my Folgers instant coffee packet like every other time in the morning. I proceeded to make a coffee with their hot water dispenser and used one creamer and one sugar packet. I grabbed two donuts and went to the counter to pay . A lady named Tina said I owed $3.79. I asked why so much? All I had was two donuts (don’t buy their donuts as I found out they are not fresh at all in fact have been frozen for months by time they are up for sale) and brought my own coffee. She said because I used a sugar packet and creamer I owed the same as if I would have just bought one of there coffees! I told her I brought an instant c
