Domino's Pizza

Yesterday, I ordered delivery through the mobile app. The tracker didn’t work at all. It kept trying to load and encounter an error. When the pizza arrived an hour later, it was burnt. It also was paper thin in the middle (literally almost just cheese) yet parts of the crust were massive in proportion. It just seemed really carelessly prepared. I wouldn’t recommend this location, and possibly not this brand. When you look at how many family owned pizza places there are in the valley that take pride in their product, it’s hard to justify going to a chain to save a few bucks. The experience just doesn’t compare.

Every time i order from them my order is messed up, Sunday i had to call them 8 time abt my order nd i only got an answer before i placed a second fake order nd the store called me right away , the boy had an attitude, was talking to me like a child , very very rude , he hung up on me nd i still had to wait over a hour for my food . Today i ordered a pasta nd it’s the wrong pasta on top of that the delivery man was very unprofessional. asking how old i am nd if where he delivered the food is where i work nd want i do for work . He also didn’t stop once i told him i was only 19 nd hes a older man with gray hair . when i called to let someone know all that was going on they just let the phone ring until the store closed . im very upset nd i want my money refunded .

Terrible store and the female manager that is working tonight 6/30/25 after 8pm has a very nasty attitude. You spend over $30 on food and expect to at least not have it dry, hard, and burnt. Tried to eat what was semi edible so it wasn’t a complete waste. Call the manager to let her know about the unacceptable food that they sent out that was a pick up order and she could care less very rude service.

Absolutely horrible. Ordered 2 medium pizzas was told 30-45 mins for delivery - over 1h & half later and still no pizza - tried calling was on hold for over 20 mins with no answer. Would not recommend and will NEVER be ordering from them again. *Update- after waiting 2 hours - pizza showed as delivered (was in fact NOT delivered) - called again and got no response- drove down to the store, walked in explained my issue, was told they can remake my order but it would be waiting even longer. Explained i wanted a refund and explained where my pizza was - the Hispanic girl that claimed to be in charge was highly disrespectful and rude told me she was busy and couldnt check. Told them I would contact management and corporate and she acted as if she wanted to fight. Cannot give 0 stars so I had n

So I had this one time I ordered back in early 2024 and had a mix up with my order it ended up being one of the best mistakes ever. They obviously made sure I got my right order and called me the next day to make sure everything was good I ended up explaining to the manager that whoever made the pepperoni pizza (the one I didn’t order btw) that night was honestly the best I’ve ever had, so fast forward to tonight’s pregnancy craving I made the call to the store and asked if she was working and could make my pizza again. So shout out to Gabriella your pizzas are the best and you deserve a raise.
