I’m not giving any stars and this will be the last time I ever order from Dominos. Phoned in the order at 6:39 pm. Took 10 minutes just to get the order in. Should have known with the difficulties placing the order this was going to be a problem. The delivery was supposed to be in 25 minutes according to the representative taking the order. At 7:22 I called for an update and was told it’s on the road. 7:47 called again -asked for the manager only. Was told mgr was not in the building and conveniently disconnected. Called again at 7:49. The same representative said she would speak to the mgr to have a return call. Order finally showed at 8pm - as expected cold. It’s now 8:45 pm and still no return call - which I didn’t think was going to happen anyway.
1/31/2026 it's been 2 years since we have gone here. We decided to give them another chance and drove there to pick up the 2 pizzas. And then when we got home and opened them up, they were made improperly with the wrong toppings.
Worst experience I ordered a Memphis bbq chicken pizza and this is what they did
Ordered a Buffalo Chicken Sub. I called saying there is red sauce on my Buffalo Chicken Sub and was told its not possible that they put red sauce on the Buffalo Chicken Sub. Not sure about everyone else but that is 100% red sauce on a Buffalo Chicken Sub. The assistant manger insisted that it was made correctly but still tried making it right by giving me credit to go back there and order the same thing. Why so they can screw it up again and then say I'm lying.
I stopped last night to check out Domino's. What a treat. Got med cheese crunchy pizza large NY plain cheese. Then they offered me garlic cheese bread as they made too much. To die for ..my new addiction. Out with donuts in with the bread with my coffee time. And found out this store offering 50 percent off on the 4th top veterans and seniors with ID. And if you sign up online you get promotions weekly. So glad I stopped. Will update any other tries on the menu. The staff was lovely. So patient. I waited max 20 min
