Domino's Pizza

Placed an order, waited 17 minutes for which is not so bad. However when i arrived they said they gave the guy in who just left my order. We both had the same last name. I ordered pizza & Parmesan bites. He only had bites. They neglected to read the receipt fully. I had to wait for my pizza to be remade and the Parmesan bites were cold by the time the pizza was finished. To make matters worse. The pizza was sloppy. All the cheese and toppings fall off as soon as you lift a slice.

I placed an order at Domino's online for the West Memphis North Missouri address for the first delivery driver didn't have my order on the delivery truck so I had to wait in additional 30 minutes to get my order when they both ordered back it was totally not the order that I ordered the tots were burned the pizza was not cut in the manner that I asked for to be cut in I attempted to call the store as usual they put you on hold then after holding for 5-10 minutes I called back they immediately answered the phone and said can you hold for a moment and hung up this store is very unacceptable I spent over $50 tonight for the wrong meal and they didn't they're not courteous enough to even entertain my complaint I will never I repeat never order from Domino's again. I placed a order for my husband from all the way in Woodville Tx..The lady Ms. Soraya took my order. She was very professional and helpful. The gentleman who delivered it was also very professional.. Micheal..Shout Out to all the employees at the West Memphis Domino's..The pizza was fresh and hot..

The last 3 times I've ordered on line. The app said delivered and it was not. 2 times I went and picked it up after paying delivery charge and leaving a tip for driver. The last time it got delivered after I called the store. Their delivery service desperately needs help.

The manager with the Nasty Attitude needs to be really Fired. Her Customer Service is BAD 👎. Canceled my delivery at the last minute then going off and hang up in my Face.
