Domino's Pizza

Very friendly customer service, the manager there treats his staff well and is very considerate of your order, seems like a very chill and fun atmosphere to work at. Plus there’s a cute guy there with glasses and short dark hair and a sexy beard. Kinda cute, wanna date him. Food aight.

What a joke of a pizza place. Called three times to order, and each time they hung up on me without a word. No “sorry,” no attempt to fix it—just dead air. Customer service? More like customer sabotage. Domino’s, you’ve lost a loyal customer forever. I’d rather eat cardboard than deal with your incompetent staff again. Pathetic.

Tried placing a delivery order, states the store is open but I guess the app isn’t working. Called the store several times to place an order and not once did I get a “hello” or “please hold.” Just put on hold or not answering the phones whatsoever. I understand it’s busy and the holiday season is around the corner but good customer service goes a looooong ways. SMH

This location makes some great pizza!! and they always accommodate me, if something is wrong with my order they will replace it they always have great customer service I love it here!! shout out to the awesome team at dominos in St. Paul’s North Carolina 🥳🥳

Placed an order 40mins before closing, and while I was getting ready to pick it up, I went to check if it was ready and the order tracker said it was canceled, tried calling and no one answered. Only name I got was from whoever was supposedly making it. Some guy name Marcus, must be a new guy, I came here several times before and don’t recall someone named that before. My fiancé, placed an order the night before and was also canceled without reason. Never doing business with them again, I don’t know what’s going on in this location the last couple days but customer service has been beyond subpar.
