Domino's Pizza

We frequently order food from this Domino’s. The employees are very polite and always happy to help and also go above and beyond when correcting any mistakes. The food is good for Domino’s. The only reason I put 4 stars for food instead of 5 is because we once received a pizza that was undercooked and had raw dough in it, but it was late and we didn’t call and complain or anything but I’m sure they would’ve made it right. With this order, they could’ve been a little more even with the toppings, but I used a coupon and it was done quickly enough for my boyfriend to pick it up after going to FoodLion, and it was still delicious! Today, 12/17, I received the best service ever from this Dominios. My two pizzas were make correctly and still very warm when they arrived. My delivery man was very polite. I hope they keep this team in the future.

I’ve been going to this Domino’s location for several years and always request my pizza uncut. Unfortunately, whenever the white, skinny lady with glasses is working, my order gets messed up every single time, she cuts my pizza even though my online order clearly says do not cut. On top of that, she’s extremely rude and never takes responsibility. Instead of apologizing, she blames others that someone else did it, but I know that’s not true because this only happens when she’s working. No one ever offers a sincere apology, and I’m left waiting for a new pizza to be made again which is wasting my time over something that could easily be avoided. Rude manager, not customer focused at all. We have gone there a lot and have never had a bad experience until now. We won’t be back, all over $1.50. Also when we did get home center of pizza raw.

I was greeted by a young gentleman Marco who provided the most amazing service from as soon as I walked into the door. The process of ordering the food was super fast and trouble free! They processed to my order and had me out the door in no time!! Such a great atmosphere whenever I visit this location!
