Domino's Pizza

The delivery guy was great! The salad I ordered was expired. When I called they gave me a coupon for my next order which I cannot see when I am logged in! This is the Sonora Ca location

I ordered from here twice before, both times the order was wrong. The second time I called and asked for a refund, and was left on hold for 30 minutes before I hung up. We just had a pizza party at my work. A Vegan pizza was ordered. Several of us ate the pizza believing it was vegan cheese... well I was questioning so I went on the website to place an order, and found that this Domino's doesn’t offer vegan cheese. Wow this restaurant is really really bad and I don't even have anything nice to say about the customer service. Oh my goodness. We got pizza tonight and it was the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. Cooked to perfection. Not too saucy. Not too dry. I literally had to call them just to tell them how happy I was with the food. I eat a lot of pizza too 🤷‍♀️. Was absolutely perfect. When I called the worker that answered was so glad to hear my complement. They’re doing such a great job there. I was nervous that they were going to be crappy like every other fast food place in sonora. Out of town places are always better but not this dominoes. They’re rockin the fresh hot food. Sorry the pics are of half eaten food. I was too busy feed in my face to take a before pic. 🤷‍♀️😂. I got the pan pepperoni and pan cheese. I also got the cali bacon chicken ranch.

Horrible customer service, very rude and gave a burnt pizza then was told that they all look like that. Never has it looked like this before. Won't be coming back to this location or domino's.

Let me be clear: The workers are great. They did their job (as in were pleasant and made a Domino's pizza to expectation). But whoever runs this establishment is a piece of work. I paid $60 for 2 pizzas, some ranch and a side of pasta. But when I asked for a few packs of red pepper flakes on my way out, apparently it was at extra cost. EXTRA COST? After how much I just spent on take out pizza? If youre that down bad for cash that you cant pass out a minimum of 1 per pizza, maybe youre too broke to own a pizza joint. Do better.
