I placed an order on DoorDash and it showed as ready for more than an hour. When I called the restaurant to ask if I could pick up the order, they told me they didn’t have my order at all. I then contacted DoorDash, and they said that everything looked fine on their end. Eventually, the order was delivered, but it was completely cold. The chicken looked absolutely terrible, as you can see in the photo. Honestly, it was awful.
I am writing to express my gratitude and to commend John Rossbach, the Assistant Manager at the local Domino's restaurant, for his outstanding customer service. Recently, I encountered an issue with using a coupon code for a free pizza, which had been sent to me by Domino's headquarters. John took it upon himself to follow up with me personally and ensured that the situation was resolved to my satisfaction. His commitment to making things right and his prompt, courteous communication were truly exemplary. John's dedication to providing excellent customer service reflects positively on the entire Domino's team. It is reassuring to know that customers are in such capable and caring hands. We have a pretty regular order there at least once every two weeks and the crew always does a wonderful job. James is usually our delivery driver and we absolutely adore him! He is the friendliest and quickest driver they have! If we could have James as our driver every time we would!
Amazing! Joshua Davenport is awesome! Not only does he work at my bank, he works at dominos and is in the United States Army Reserves. His kind attitude and love for his jobs makes him a very enjoyable person. Joshua thank you for your hard work and for your service to this great country!
Holy cow! This is not your average dominos. We're traveling and ordered pizza to our hotel. So GOOD!! Mac n Cheese=on point. Pizza=literally overflowing with toppings. Sandwich=Yassssssss! Order was delivered super fast and the driver was very polite. Thank you Sheridan Domino's! You NAILED it!!! 👏🙌
