Domino's Pizza

This dominoes is trash. They pushed our delivery time back over 30 minutes. They didn't even have the good sense to keep it hot. They forgot one of our toppings on our pizza which we paid extra for and the pizza was barely warm. The pizza was actually so cold that we had to microwave it. A pizza that was just delivered to us. The bread from the sandwich was under cooked and not toasted at all. The sandwich as a whole was barely warm. The pasta noodles were burnt and crunchy and also not hot but barely at room temperature. We only live 5 mins away and they still couldnt be bothered to deliver the food in a timely manner. After we called to complain about the trash food they only offered us a credit for a free item. Why would i want anything else from this horrible sorry excuse for a domino

To Domino’s Customer Support Team, I placed an online order and waited more than two hours for it to be ready. During that time, I had to go back and forth to the store multiple times to ask about my order, but I did not receive any clear updates or assistance. When I finally spoke with the store manager, I was treated in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Instead of offering an explanation or apology for the long delay, the manager told me, “Get out of my store.” I felt shocked, humiliated, and discriminated against by this behavior. This experience was extremely disappointing and does not reflect the level of customer service I expect from Domino’s. I would also appreciate a response regarding how this matter reslove.

If I was able to give it a 0 I will I ordered wings and they usally put enough buffalo well it seem like today they were too lazy 🙄 And should I talk about the pizza ? They didn’t even cut it for us seems like someone must hate their job.

Pickup. Three pizzas and four small sodas. Had to get a bag for my small bottles of soda. Store is next to a small hill. Dropping a bottle will roll to the middle of the parking lot. The pizza was pretty good. It was still hot when I got back home. Picking it instead of delivery makes it less expensive.

I had completely given up on dominos due to several bad experiences with quality of food but i was in Seattle and they were the closest so i gave em one more chance and I was NOT disappointed!! The pizzas looked great and tasted fantastic! Thanks so much for restoring some of my faith in the entire franchise!!! Definitely be back next time I’m in town as well! Thanks!! ☺️😊🥳
