Agora - Seattle Office Coffee and Water Services

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 — Outstanding Service! We use this water service company across all of our Washington offices and one in Oregon, and they have been absolutely fantastic to work with. Their team is friendly, responsive, and consistently goes above and beyond whenever we need assistance. Communication is always clear and timely, and any request—big or small—is handled with genuine care. They make everything incredibly easy, and their reliability has been a huge benefit to our operations. I truly appreciate the level of service they provide. Highly recommend — 10/10!

We absolutely love our Agora coffee machine and their service overall. At our Lindblad office in Seattle we have less than 30 people in the office and the Sego coffee machine has no problem meeting everyone's needs. We are not very demanding/picky folks so keep that in mind. We like it simple when it comes to our order and as long as we get our machine serviced one time per month and our coffee order delivered, we are good. Gabby was great at helping us get all settle and we keep in touch for any major updates. The concierge team is also great from my previous experiences.

Agora has been fantastic for all our Nespresso needs. They offer a great variety of products, and ordering is always smooth and straightforward. Gabby is especially wonderful to work with—she’s quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and consistently goes out of her way to make sure everything is taken care of. Highly recommend Agora for their selection and excellent service!

Our office recently had the pleasure of meeting Nate & Calvin to show us all our options for water coolers as we were very unhappy with our previous company. They came in, listened to our concerns, our needs and found the best solution for us. The machines were installed timely and have now been in our office for a few weeks. Our entire team loves them! We work with Brad. He comes to Leeward Apartments to service our Virtu coffee machine that our residents LOVE. He is quick! Efficient! Makes sure we have everything we need as far as replacement product. He makes sure our machine is in good working order and he always does it with a smile! Thank you Brad for all your help!
