Domino's Pizza

I have a huge concern when people put out poor customer service, especially when it comes to making my food. Called in tonight about the five cheese dip and Parmesan that I purchased. It was a buttery mess spilled everywhere because it wasn’t properly closed and it was burnt with barely any cheese. All I wanted was a sorry and a replacement. Instead I got a smart mouthed female who stated it’s suppose to be this way and she will not be replacing it and she’ll be sure to tell the manager who is there tomorrow not to replace it. Just a total smart mouth for no reason. Not to mention this butter got all over my sons brand new car seats. I wasn’t asking for anything other than what was fair, a sorry and a replacement that was done correctly. Very disappointed

Most of the time I love getting food from Domino's. However, here lately I'm not sure what has changed. My order was not complicated at all. All that was orderd was a soda and stuffed cheese bread. Should be easy, well I'm not sure who the the quality inspector was/is but they need to be retrained. I'm not sure who shaped it, left it in the oven too long or why they forgot to stuff it with the cheese. In the end I paid for a dry, cheeseless, weird shaped overcook dough. Hopefully they figure out how to actually do quality inspection of their food before it leaves the store.

Great team of people working here including Noah, Terry, Karlos, and Dave. The dough is always fresh, never frozen. The prices are fair

So first I will say. This is not on the employees at all. The employees are absolutely phenomenal. The food quality is great! It's the owner thats the issue. We went to order 2 medium 2 toppings for 6.99 each. Pepperoni n bacon on one, chicken and feta on pan crust on the other. Explain to me how my Pepperoni and bacon is now $8. And my pan pizza is $10. I did confirm they honor and applied the 6.99 deal. However I was informed that the new owners put added prices on for "premium toppings" how is Pepperoni a premium topping?! Owners must be new, but since I worked at domino's for over 5 years, this is how stores shut down. Because they loose their client base by price gouging. Charging more for more types of toppings without getting more total toppings is already a scam. Seriously, someone
