Domino's Pizza

Had to give an undeserved star to be able to make the review. Also, I should have read the reviews before making the mistake of trusting this place. Made an online order to pick up, was asked to make a pre-payment since it was a large order (almost $70.00) for our family. Got there through the drive thru and waited 5 minutes, NOBODY came to the window. Parked & went inside to watch them starting to assist other drive thru customers, went to pay the balance but they told me it was charged in full instead of pre-payment. Ordered large garlic parmesan knots & received cinnamon sugar knots instead, ordered half mushroom & received whole pie with it. Definitely NOT returning, nor recommending. Worst service ever.

Tried to call to place an order and nobody would answer. I drove to the location and walked in. I stood at the front for over 5 mins without being acknowledged. The phones were ringing and nobody was answering them. When I asked if I would be able to place an order, the lady told me “we are busy and it’s going to be a little bit”. When I finally got to place my order she told me it would be 40 minutes before it’s ready. This was all on a Wednesday morning at 11am. I canceled my order and went to Pizza Hut…… terrible service, bad attitudes, I’ll never be back.

I ordered from here all the time try to get delivery because I can’t go get it, but I can no longer order from them. They don’t have competent drivers and their app that they use to get places absolutely screws up the phone to where they can’t even call you, but you can’t tell him nothing. You can’t tell him to turn the app off so they can talk to you. What a mess.

The app somehow didn’t show what hotel I was at but my driver Sammy came through! I appreciate his hustle and the pizza was delicious and hot!

Best got dang Dominoes cooking I've ever had from the coast to here! Great Job guys and gals!
