Domino's Pizza

Oh ya, this place definitely deserves the full 5. Saturday night, perfect timing, the quality of food was spot on and the driver was so friendly and sweet, even called when she arrived. Try this place on a Saturday, I hope you are as impressed as I was. I seriously think this is the best domino's around.

We called our order in for a delivery. The gal first said delivery time was 35-45 mins. Then the manager said 1 hr delivery. I wasn't worried about an hour. 2 and a half hours later we still didn't get our delivery. We called and they couldn't find our order at first. Then tried to say they got swamped with orders. We canceled our order and went elsewhere.

I had a very disappointing experience with this Domino’s. I placed an order for 9 pizzas to be ready at 7 PM for a party and paid in advance. When my cousin went to pick them up, the staff told her that someone else had already picked up the order. That was impossible—no one else was sent to get it, and my name is very unique, so it’s unlikely there was any confusion. After a long back-and-forth with the manager, they finally agreed to redo the order. But my cousin had to wait another 30 minutes for the pizzas to be made, which caused a big delay and my party ended up starting late. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Ordered pizzas at 11:30 pm, they close at 1 am. Pizza never arrived, went there, and doors were locked and lights were out. Was charged but never got food. Stopped in the next day. No manager was there, and the employee said there was nothing he could do. Will try once again, then will contact the bank. Went to dominoes and it was closed with a note on the door, so was unable to speak to a manager. The following day the money was refunded to the card.

I'm not sure why they have the lobby closed when their employees can't even wear a mask properly. No more complimentary packets of cheese or crushed red peppers. Oh, and you'll have to buy napkins at the market because they'll give you one and a third napkins per pizza. Yup. I ordered three pizzas, asked for napkins, and they gave me four. The boys liked the pizza, but they'll eat just about anything.
