Domino's Pizza

This incident occured on 10/03/2025, closing shift. The reason for the delayed comment is because Ive been waiting for Corporate (yes, I'm aware this is a franchise), to call me back after their investigation. And I apologize for the long post, but I don't understand how employees can behave the way they do over a question. My friend had a free pizza in the app, she ordered that pizza, and another pizza. She thought she could use her free pizza with the coupon, but didn't realize because it was considered a free pizza it didn't register as a free pizza. When asking about the price change or increase, the young man, who was beyond polite and courteous went to get someone from the back. When this older woman came to the counter, she was beyond passive aggressive, she was annoyed, and rolled

These guys always hold it down at new ox!!!! The colonials in there are the best! Great service! Early or on time delivery EVERY SINGLE TIME! Never any app issues! Week one customer! Its so easy to order delivery! 5 out 5 recommend new oxford!

Lazy delivery drivers refused to acknowledge me trying to wave them down for the order and she was too busy texting in her instead of attempting to get out and deliver the food. UPDATE: I went to the store to get the food to find out it was canceled after the driver FALSELY claimed we were threatening to jump her and beat her up when we tried to wave her down and call her to come back. Thankfully a nice employee inside gave us our food when we drove there

Tried this place for the first time last night. Being a Friday night, I expected a wait. It was way longer than I had expected. It took an hour, but the staff were all inside busting their butts off, they were just that busy. I would maybe suggest turning the phone off next time they get that busy, it was nuts in there. Tons of people waiting inside for their food to be done, wait times were far from accurate, and the phones just kept ringing. I felt bad for the staff having to run around like that. Food was steaming hot, got it fresh out of the oven. Everything tasted great. I’d definitely recommend, just not on a weekend night.

The food is always delicious and the delivery drivers are always polite. My driver tonight was Amanda and she got my food to me while it was still very hot!
