Domino's Pizza

Food was good. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone. But when we ordered online on a Saturday at 7pm we didn’t get it until 9:30 when it said between 8-8:20. Said it didn’t even go in the oven until 8:53. Delivery driver was very nice. Food was good and delivery driver but low stars for the amount of time it took to prepare and no answer on the phone.

We ordered at 6:00 and had about 6 orders ahead of us and waited almost 2 hours for 1 pizza and wings and then they got food wrong when we heard them be told to watch how they do the wings because they were plain. 10/10 do not recommend this location

New location. Super busy. Pizza was not ready when I went there. I waited. Happily. I didnt have to pay $30+ for a pizza like their competition up the canyon. Employees were friendly and helpful. There was a weird glitch when I went to pay. The system finally let me pay. My pizza was fresh and tasted so good. Ive missed Domino's. Happy to have a new pizza option in the area.

Called to place an order at 5:55 today and the girl on the phone was extremely rude told me they weren't taking orders after 5:30 and they were closing in 5 minutes. Says they are open until midnight everywhere online. Was extremely sassy and rude over the phone and has zero manners. Really disappointed was going to order for the first time since it opened but I guess my family won't be eating here.

All the reviews talking about poor phone service and order wait times happened on the week they opened. Everyone in Nephi ordered pizza from Dominos that week of course it was going to take 1-2 hours per order. Aside from opening week this dominos has always been quick, never had any issues ordering online or over the phone. Typically my order is finished in less than 15 minutes, but I'm not ordering pizza for my entire neighborhood.
