Sorry to inform you but your drinks have gone to shit because your employees are not making the drinks right or have not been trained right or just don’t give a shit about your customers. You guys charge to much to get shitty drinks fix it!!

Recently this place has gotten a lot more teenagers working here and none of them are trained, or just want to pay any attention. We went today and ordered two drinks, one with a monster and mountain dew base, and one with a 7up base. We requested diet moutain dew, and extra sweet in the 7up. When we got our order, both were wrong. They had given us the monster in the 7up one and the diet mountain dew was extra sweet. One of us cannot have caffeine due to health issues and so couldn't have either drink. It's a little frustrating because we paid extra and waited in a line only to get two wrong drinks because the girls in the back were more interested in talking amongst each other than actual paying any attention. If I had time to turn around I would have spoken to them and gotten it fixed,

I ordered a lime Ricky and a cherry fresh lime. We left and tried our drinks and the 7up was out, it was just carbonated water. And there was no grape in the lime Ricky. So we went back and told them the 7up is out. They said they were out out and asked if I’d just like a replacement drinks . The person with me just said I don’t want any drink anymore, so I just tried to replace mine and asked for a Mountain Dew made like a line Ricky with lime and grape. They then just gave me a regular Mountain Dew. Really frustrating

There are employees here that are awesome. There are also some that really need some training when interacting with a customer base. I've not left a review yet, in hopes that things would improve but the majority of my experiences here over the last few years continue to be questionable. Today the 8oz kids drink was .75 cents more than it was the last week. They told me they charged me extra for no ice. It felt super dishonest for them not to mention the extra charge but to also charge for something not everyone can comfortably enjoy. People have sensitive teeth. Ice should not be mandatory for listed pricing. I kindly mentioned how this was shocking to be charged for, without any warning and the young employee gave me a look of disgust and annoyance. I was working the construction on the road that this business is on. I went to order a drink. They didn’t Have exactly what they needed to make the drink that I wanted they went and got what they needed literally made it And brought it up the road to me was so awesome great vibe, awesome service, sweethearts!!!! Highly highly highly recommend!!!
