So sad :( We ordered 2 specialty pizzas and they were both made wrong. One was supposed to be the pacific veggie with added chicken we paid extra for. They forgot to put the chicken. The second was the Spinach Alfredo and feta pizza we also added chicken to. We got the chicken but they put tomato sauce instead of the Alfredo. You can tell it in the pic. It wasn't good. So disappointed.
Everytime I order from the mt vernon store (I have a semi big family so we order at least 5 to 6 pizzas everytime. They always get everyone elses right but mine is always wrong. I get half and half or even if I do put it all together they still make it wrong. I swear get yalls shit together. Ive been in food along time so I know alot. Im screenshotting my orders from now on and I dare yall to say I didnt order something again.
I pulled into the parking lot to go in to get my order, before I could even open the truck door the lady working was walking out of the front door with my order! She was very polite! The pizzas were also amazing. We will definitely be ordering from this Domino's again soon!
Staff can't make anything correctly, and when I called to complain I was told "cool" by the manager at the store. Since then I took all my business to pizza hut and have been Soo much happier! Avoid this dominos location and spend your money where it's deserved.
One of the most poorly managed nasty restaurants in the area.Employees do not have to clean wash hands.Or do dishes this place is nasty.I would not recommend buying food from them
