Domino's Pizza

I have been ordering from the Domino's in Mt Airy, MD for 4 years and have had a perfect order every time. I love the price of Domino's pizza - it's affordable, reasonable and I can always find a coupon to use on the app. I know I can rely on this location for a timely, tasty meal with outstanding care and service from the team. Even the delivery drivers, who I don't often use, are quick and kind. Thank you Domino's! (P.S. They support my love of pineapple on pizza 😋)

Had pizza delivered from Domino’s in Mount Airy Md delivered this evening. After trying to flag the driver down, evidently he didn’t see me. Ended up taking the pizza back to the store for a refund and total lack of respect from the “manager” and the other staff. The manager refused to give the name of the owner and said to call corporate. He said to look it up. Disappointed in the pizza but severely disappointed in the lack of customer service and the laughing of the crew ss we left the store.

Taking advantage of an old lady, horrible service to a long time customer. For years, my grandmother has called (she is old and cannot navigate the online website or app) and asked for the mix and match deal on her order for two pizzas for $6.99 each. Which with delivery and after taxes comes to $19.81 and always tips the drivers seven dollars, a 35% tip! My grandmother (who is in her 80s) called me today to ask about her most recent order, wondering why it cost her nearly $40 for two medium two topping pizzas. After following up with the store, I was told it was because she did not ask for the coupon to be applied. Now, it is her word against theirs, but she has been making this same order consistently for years, so I doubt she didn't ask. It's a coupon that Domino's runs literally eve

We have been Domino's customers for years and have had consistently good experiences, but today was even better! I was confused about an aspect of my order and mentioned it in the online response form. James called me from the store almost immediately and kindly explained the situation. It was excellent customer service! Thank you, James! The food from here is consistently great and the prices are really good. Both of those aspects keep us coming back. Definitely recommend!

The stuffed crust pizza is def a game changer. The only thing I hate is when we order delivery they always pass us and the tracker on the app isn't always accurate so sometimes we have to run outside and find them. This has led us to pick it up ourselves for carryout and unfortunately due to work I don't always have time to stop by.
