Domino's Pizza

I ordered through the app as I usually do. This time my order was taking longer than usual but it being New Year's Eve I totally understand. I noticed that it said my order was canceled so I tried to call the store and was understanding because I've worked in restaurants stuff happens so the first person said it was canceled because they don't deliver that far but I'm honestly 2 minutes away then just got hung up on o tried calling back but they refused to answer the phone. So I used my sons phone and then again got someone who didn't want to deal with me using a coupon that I was given then the phone was passed off to a so called "manager" who was a joke hung up on me again so I drove there and was given a joke of an excuse and was trying to turn it all around on me like it was my fault o

Money is tight and when you get disappointed in the food it a bad felling . Ny style pizza flat , topping non existent. Tater tots okay . The people are nice but food sucks im never ordinary again from their . I could have went to wise and got a frozen pizza and made my own topping . ALDIS PIZZA IS BETER A.D CHEAPER . CUTE AND FRIENDL GUY AT REGISTER .

They deliver uncooked pizzas and when we call to complain, they just hang up. Very pathetic attitude. This would be the last order with this #4737 store.

I think the pizza is great and they were 7 minutes late and I got a free pizza. They're the best

THE WORST. They send offers that they won't honor; it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact corporate, and the store personnel say it's not their problem. ZERO respect for this business. UPDATE: so I was asked to write in to supply details ("reply from owner" comment). I did this, over a week ago. Their response: ZERO. Not a word. Therefore, how serious are they about making this right? Not very, apparently!
