Domino's Pizza

I ordered online a half and half pizza and paid 25$ for the pizza with the toppings I chose and got a cheese pizza. Receipt attached here. Called Dominos Mililani and got told they cannot do anything about it and that I need to figure this out myself by finding out some corporate number I might be able to call. I know mistakes happen but not finding a solution or offering any kind of help towards the mistake? Thats just unprofessional.

We have ordered multiple times from this location and really quite pleased with everything from the food to the service and to the delivery people. We have only had one hiccup with one order and when we communicated with the store about the issue it was taken care of immediately. We will continue to use this location and recommend to our family and friends.

Ordered 2 XL whole pizzas for delivery, received 4 smaller boxes of pizza parts. Guess that’s what you get for current 50% off deal… 🫤 Taste was fine but presentation… 👎🏻

This dominoes location ruined our night. My roommate and I ordered a large pizza with half sausage half cheese and SQUARE CUT but received the pizza cut in PIE slices instead. This was the second time in the past two weeks they didn’t get the special instructions correct. We called them back and complained and they said they would remake the pizza and deliver it to us for free. This is what we got below! It looks like someone literally and purposely folded the pizza in half! We understand if the pizza shook alittle in the car ride over but no....We’re really disappointed and will not be ordering from this location again. We called back and had the manager refund us our money. It’s the principle of customer service why we’re mad more than the way the pizza was cut. Shame on whoever did this
