Domino's Pizza

It looks like a pizza made yesterday. Very disappointed. I can’t even bite it it’s so hard

I cannot believe that they pulled a fast one on me! For two medium pizzas (One plain cheese and the other cheese with pepperoni, onions and mushrooms) and an order of brownies I was charged $45!!!! Where’s the &9.99 special??? No matter how you toss around these prices, I was most definitely taken advantage of. They didn’t quote the price when I called. It was charged to a credit card. I only noticed the price well after delivery. Can’t believe I even gave a generous tip!!! Will NEVER EVER go there again! We shouldn’t have to question everything…but from now on I will!! I visited the Domino’s at the Melrose location today, When I walked in, I greeted the staff member, but he did not respond. He pointed at me with his head instead of speaking, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I explained that I had placed an order, and when I asked if a coupon could be applied, he told me it should have been mentioned over the phone and seemed frustrated. He eventually helped me, but his communication felt unfriendly — he did not reply when I said “thank you” several times, or even when my son said “bye.” I understand that working alone can be stressful, and I appreciate that he completed my order, but the interaction left me feeling unwelcome. Customer service and a simple kind response can make a big difference in a customer’s day. I hope this feedback is helpful

I was excited to order seeing the special if 9.99 for any amount of toppings. I went to order online and it was so confusing!! Then I wanted to pick pay at store and that's not an option. Now I will NEVER order online again because it was too confusing to follow the prompts. It's even confusing to check out. The new design is awful and I have plenty of local places near me to order pizza. Awful website design.

Started coming here instead of Reading even though melrose doesn’t deliver to my address. The past couple months there has been no consistency. Half the time the twists and bites have no seasoning:butter at all and the other half the time they are so skinny and burnt. Today we got bites and twists because my son loves them and they are so burnt and hard they are almost inedible
