Mother's Pizza

Years ago, I was told to try this place by a former coworker, and I just never made it to it until today! My mom and I stopped in for a snack because we drove by it. We got a small cheese pizza to split. When we arrived in the two men at the counter were super friendly. They greeted us right away and we sat inside to eat. There were a few customers already inside eating too and they seemed to know the guys who worked there well. We tried the pizza, and it was excellent! I love Greek style pizza and this was it. Firm, no flop, cheesy and crunchy crust. The men were pleased to hear it was our first time and we loved it. I will never order from here again! I ordered two slices of pepperoni pizza to go. It wasn't busy yet. I got two slices of plain cheese pizza with pepperoni slices placed on it. If it has been put in the oven for a bit, they would have stuck on. I picked up the first piece and the pepperoni fell off. What a big disappointment!! One piece of pizza, the cheese was pushed up from the top of the piece. Tasted awful!! Don't be so lazy. You lost a customer as well as a previous 5 star review.

I ordered 2 slices of cheese pizza and they put it on the oven. It was under 5 dollars. The slices are big and didn't shrink like other places closer to me. The girl who took my order was very nice. I really appreciated that they put it in the oven. They gave me a plate and napkins. I would definitely recommend this place. I will return to try other things

Mother's doesn't disappoint. I ordered the small pepper, onion, steak sub while in Melrose. If I had to judge other sub shops? Mother's has them all beat!
