My experiences with Domino's in Malvern, Arkansas have been wonderful specifically because of the customer service I received from Manager Brittanny on several occasions. She's kind, patient, personable and very professional. A perfect example of how someone should treat customers. She corrected a mistake on an online order for me with no problem, and didn't get upset with having to repeat herself several times because I'm hearing impaired. Another time she patiently explained the price difference on a previously ordered pizza and was very personable. Manager Brittanny is why I choose Domino's over Pizza Hut when I want to order pizza. Every. Single. Time. NOTE TO CORPORATE OFFICE: You should definitely give Brittanny a RAISE! Her attitude and professionalism deserves recognition. T
I'm a chef... So when I get home I don't wanna cook. These guys never mess up my order, never burn anything, it's always been tip top shape Everytime I ride through. AND they talk to my dogs when we come through. Never any crappy attitudes, just friendly people that make quality food. Good teamwork at this store. From a mgr stand point ... Good job guys keep it up!
Domino's Pizza,as always, is definitely delicious! The Staff is courteous, efficient & very productive, even though the orders; were numerous.The restaurant is very clean, inside & out. Stop by soon and check them out! Am sure they will appreciate your nice honorable presence, while providing you with the higher tasting delicacies...
They are always friendly. They even start my regular order when the see me pull up out side. Stop there every Friday for pizza for Grandkids . Awesome service
I thoroughly enjoyed the food I got here. 2 medium pizzas (pepperoni and sausage & the other was diced tomatoes, spinach, and garlic sauce )and some cheesy bread with feta and spinach. On the pizza the toppings were a lil bit sparse, but they were flavorful and the crust was fluffy and tasty. The cheesy bread was also delightful! The bread was browned yet soft and cheesy both inside and out. oh - the spinach had no impact on the flavor. I bet basil would be more impactful if it was an option
