Domino's Pizza

8/6/25 Ordered a pickup order online. My order was ready and accurate. Katie was working and from the looks of it. She was working solo. Good customer service. 2/21/25 It continues to be my favorite pizza place in Leavenworth. 6/6/24 Recently, when ordering delivery and pick up, the pizza has been good! My order was ready when I arrived. Although busy from what I saw, everyone was receiving fast service.

I love our dominoes. The food is always fresh and really good. They have a great 20 dollar deal online that feeds everyone. Two pizzas, parm bites, cinnamon twists, and a two liter. The staff is always super nice and happy to help. My preferred pizza spot when I’m looking for an easy dinner.

I believe our delivery driver tonight was Kyle. He is an older gentleman and was visibly nervous and said he was new to this. He did great and I hope he receives recognition or a Christmas bonus! It makes me sad seeing an older individual delivering pizzas instead of retiring. Thanks, Kyle for getting our pizza to us quickly, and in great condition!

The delivery drivers need better training on how to read the receipts and ensure the orders are complete. As now twice out of 5 times they have messed my order up by not bringing me everything that is clearly on the receipt. And then they have the expectation of a tip. Do better and get paid...

We used to like ordering but then its been problem after problem. 3 times in a row they delivered the wrong pizzas to us and/or the pan pizza was RAW. They offered us a free pizza once that would should up on our app... never did. After months of not ordering we finally decided to try again because family was in town and wanted to order pizza. And SUPRISE! they gave us the wrong pizzas and one was not cooked. We are done ordering here. Constant issues, bad quality and a WASTE of money.
