Domino's Pizza

I called for the fourth time with a complaint about my delivery order. Today it was buffalo wings with sauce scarcely drizzled on them. Some didn’t even have sauce on them. Just like the buffalo chicken pizza we got a while back, Not one drop of sauce on the pizza. We order pizza all the time from Domino’s because they deliver to work and to the house. We tip good every time which makes it even worse. The drivers have to hear all the complaints and they aren’t involved. The staff are amazing, they make it right. They offer to remake the food or credit the account. They say the new manager is the reason for the recent trouble we have had. The workers say she’s had them cut back on sauces to save money. That little bit of sauce cost them another 32 wings and 2 free pizzas. Doesn’t seem to sm

I understand having more lax dress codes at work, but they're has to be a limit to it. when i walk into a dominos I would at least expect the worker to have something on to show they work at dominos and they didnt just roll out of bed. Its a shame too cause I do enjoy ordering and picking up food for carryout. I hope this gets addressed soon.

The pizza was the best. The service was great!! Loved the crust, the garlic butter on it!! Lots of toppings and not skimpy on the sauce. I grew up in the north and always ate at another pizza place. Domino's will be my go to from now on!!

So my foods always great! Never had an issue until tonight, I was delivered parmesan bread bites instead of the cinnamon breads bites I wanted, BUT I called and the lady was so nice and honest about the issue and totally took care of it.

Absolutely Terrible Customer Service. After Waiting an hour (the website told me 14-29 min) I was delivered scorched food, instead of being helpful when i called and trying to fix the order i was given a lecture on Oven Temperature. Will be using the pizza hut from now on
