Uncle Carlo's Italian Ristorante

We were seated right away. Waitress was friendly and brought dipping oil w/bread and our sodas promptly. We ordered fried mushrooms for appetizer. It came with red sauce , my husband wanted ranch . She said it was .99 for a "side" of ranch. A small cup of ranch to dip mushrooms into. Ten dollars for a small bowl of mushrooms and now pay another buck if you want to have a dipping "side" of ranch . We finished the mushrooms and waited some more and out comes a medium deluxe pizza. Very overdone and burnt around the entire outside. She served it to us like that! We looked at each other and tried a piece. Could not bite into crust it was so over done. We each had a piece talking about how bad it was. After a piece she came and asked if it was OK. We told her it was over cooked and burnt. S

First visit gets a 10/10 from me! Outside is clean and has seating with umbrellas and string lights. Menu is outstanding with appetizers to homemade Italian desserts. The 2 pizzas are the best we have had anywhere in Georgia (5 meat and 5 cheese). The gelato was creamy and freshly made. Our server, Heather, was prompt & very attentive. We will definitely tell everyone about this restaurant. Top tier for taste, atmosphere and staff.

What a little gem of a place. We happened across the place by accident. The portions were huge and soooo tasty. Tina you are lovely and if ever we are in the area again we would definitely return. 🇺🇸🇬🇧

Glad we found this gem in Valdosta! The ricotta on the lasagna pizza was the best I’ve ever had. It was creamy, fluffy and melted in our mouth. Great homemade pizza with quality toppings.

I ate here for the first time this afternoon and had a very good dinner. I started with a Peroni beer and the server brought out bread and balsamic dip. I ordered the chicken marsala on angel hair pasta. It came with a salad and I had the house made italian dressing. The marsala sauce was the star of the show. It was a dark rich broth with just enough marsala wine for flavor but not too much sweetness. It had plenty of mushrooms and 2 lightly sautéed chicken breasts. I'll bring my wife next time so we can try multiple dishes and something with red sauce.
