⭐ 1/5 – Worst customer service ever I had an online order and went in to pick it up, and the service was absolutely terrible. When I walked in, I smiled and waited for just a couple of minutes—nobody acknowledged me. There were two employees, and both had their backs turned and weren’t paying attention. It wasn’t even busy at the time. When one finally turned around, he didn’t greet me or acknowledge me in any way. I had to say, “Hi, I’m here to pick up my order,” and he just asked for my name—no hello, nothing. Then a woman came out and said, “Honey, what’s the name?” First, don’t call customers “honey.” Second, the tone was disrespectful and unprofessional. This was so rude and untrained. The food is great. The service is usually terrible. Pizza almost 20 minutes late at pickup, just now. Yet, somehow, lots of employees on the line, actively trying to ignore the counter. When my order came out, it took another 5 minutes just to get someone to turn around and acknowledge me so they could give me my food that was already ridiculously late. Sorry, but very frustrating and typical with this location.

-- update -- After five years of ordering from this pizza place with some hope for improvement, here’s my honest update: Pizza Quality: The pizzas generally look better than they used to, but there are still some issues. Sometimes the toppings are unevenly spread, and occasionally they come out a bit burnt on top and cheese burnt on the side of breads and needs more cheese in the bread Delivery Experience: Delivery is late about 3 out of every 5 times I order. I know it’s not always the driver’s fault—sometimes the pizza just isn’t ready on time or picked up on time. Unfortunately, the pizza has arrived cold on 2 out of those 5 occasions. Ordering Process: On the plus side, ordering online is very convenient, and I often find good deals or coupons that make it cheaper than calling in.

These folks are so terrible at pizza. I don’t think I’ve ever had an order arrive on time. It’s always late, and sometimes the pizza is cold by the time it finally shows up. One time a driver showed up high and parked on my lawn.

Good fast tasty hot delicious pizza. Prices are awesome if used the app to order. Excellent location. Good business hours. Friendly service
