Domino's Pizza

Update: I've dropped the review down the only 4 stars due to my most recent visit and the skimp toppings I received. It's probably one of the best chain pizza places I've been to. They don't skimp on the toppings, and their food it cooked quickly. We're staying here for work and are basically living off of this place since we're in a hotel.

I will never go to this dominos again , on October 15th my husband order 3 pizzas he ordered at 6:40 pm. He didn’t get our pizza until 8:30pm! Backstory - husband goes through the drive thru and man comes to window slurring his words like he is on something! Then a lady takes his spot and says pizzas aren’t ready would you mine pulling up and we will walk it out to you my husband said sure! Well 7 comes around still no pizza and so at 7:30 my husband pulls in the drive thru again to see what’s taking so long . Lady says they are short staff and only have 3 people so they backed up on orders they didn’t even get to ours yet! Husband said okay well 8 o’clock comes around and still no pizza!! At this point it’s 8:30pm I told him to go to the drive thru and just get our money back! Well he g

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Truly disappointing. I placed my order through the app. When I arrived at the pickup window, the employee accepted my payment plus a tip my app confirmed the order was completed. My pizza was clearly visible on the shelf behind him. Instead of handing me my order, he refused and told me I couldn’t remain at the pickup window and had to come inside to get it. At that point, I was understandably upset, since the order was already paid for and ready. When I went inside, another employee handed me my pizza but made a rude comment implying that customers “don’t know how to act,” and pulled the pizza away from me in a dismissive, hostile manner before finally giving it to me. we placed an order at 730pm, received it at 910 pm..the food was cold and hard like cardboard at that..not to mention the delivery driver pulled the order from the back hatch of his vehicle next to a tool bag and dirty clothes. he and his passenger apologized for the late delivery claiming he was the only worker there. disappointed is an understatement to say the least.

I ordered two pizzas online and 20 minutes when I arriverd to pick up the guy says what's the name we told him and he couldn't find any pizzas and he came back saying he was sorry they haven't even been made yet so we sat in the parking lot to wait we waited 15 min came back around in drive thru to be told one of the pizzas got messed up in the oven and had to be remade we weren't offered complemtry anything and that's not how you do business this was very unprofessional they had us wait an hour for two pizzas
