Domino's Pizza

I ordered from this location tonight October 23rd 2025. I’m assuming an AI chat bot answered the phone. I asked for two build your own pastas with toppings and cinnamon bites. I got two plain pastas with no toppings. I called back within five minutes of receiving my order and the manager says there is “nothing” they can do because their “screen is showing” I ordered two plain pastas…. All the calls are recorded so I know she is lying. Don’t order from here

To whom it may concern at Domino’s, I am writing this to express my deep disappointment and anger regarding the order I received from your store. Quite frankly, the quality of the food I received was nothing short of disturbing. Upon opening my boxes, I was shocked by the appearance and overall condition of the items. The food looked completely unappetizing, lacking any of the care or quality I expect from a Domino’s establishment. The knots appeared oddly shaped, undercooked in places, and drenched in an overwhelming amount of sauce that had clearly gone past any reasonable level of presentation. Never received my order that i place. I received a call the person on the other end of the phone told me he wasn't going to deliver and he was going to talk to the manager. I was suppose to receive a call back which I never did. I'm getting ignored. I just want my refund.

Just ordered a large pizza and yall went to heavy with the sauce no reason theres less cheese than sauce .

never had an issue even when ordering delivery on a college campus! drivers always very friendly, great pizza
