Domino's Pizza

Placed order and paid on the app and waited for Tracking to notify me. App notification says its ready. I live 5 minutes away. One car in front of me at the pickup window. 5 minutes later the same car is waiting at the window but now two cars behind me. I wait a few more minutes and exit the vehicle and go in, ask for my order. It's right there and I tell them there are three cars waiting on the person ordering and waiting for their order at the window and everyone is pissed. At least six employees working plus a middle aged female manager with glasses. She looks at me like I'm speaking Latin. I really prefer Dominos but guaranteed to be ordering Pizza Hut next time. Service at Domino's on 1960 in Huffman is being so mismanaged.

I bought a 16” pizza and they offered me a 2 lts soda. ... I asked for glasses because my order was to eat in the place and they told me they didn’t have ... when my order arrived everything was fine ... the problem was that when I ordered chili, catsu and cheese they told me they didn’t have ... only a few little bags which cost 1.25 each… and don’t ask about the plates … why they offer pizzas to eat in the place and they don’t have glasses, plates or accessories

First time ever to come here. Got a pizza to go. What impressed me was as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and everyone was in a good mood. Pizza was excellent.

Bought the meat / pasta pan. I am very disappointed.It is too dry to eat.It needs more sauce. I do not know what to do to it to fix it so that it is edible. Management needs to think about putting more sauce into these dishes as it is totally unacceptable as is.

I don't know what happen to this place, got this salad and I ask them to replace, was told they couldn't do until tomorrow. Really sounded at first like it was putting him out. Why would I want a salad tomorrow? I order because I am hungry. I spent a lot of money in this place over the years, not anymore...after 10 mo. and finally responding to this review you offer a 20% discount. I only wanted my salad replaced. It was not edible. If You wanted to keep your customer you replace the salad and then give a half off coupon. Look I am doing the work for you.
