My app was acting up and my redeemed points order for my parmesean bites had been sitting at the restaurant for 2 hours, not their fault and Christian was SO nice and remade for me and he was very understanding about the app. He was a very nice young man and the restaurants/ stores need to hire more people like him 🫶

Leslie decided it was okay to not knock on the door and set our pizza on top of our air conditioner unit in 34 degree weather. It took 20 minutes before anyone realized it was delivered because, again, no knock. The result of the matter being two ice cold large pepperoni and sausage pizza, a cold pasta, and a cold sandwich. You’re lucky Verizon is out nationwide and I can’t get delivery insurance without a confirmation code or else you would be down here knocking with a new fresh order. We had someone sitting right next to the front door waiting for a knock and there wasn’t one. Do your job I don’t care the stipulations.
