Domino's Pizza

Ordered and paid for 2 large pepperoni pizzas. Waited over an hour just to be told they forgot to put it in the oven. The woman at the counter kept checking for my order and telling me that it would be out soon just for them to say "oh I guess it never got put in". Won't ever go here again until they have some competent employees.

Spent $34 dollars to receive a dry pizza. I requested extra sauce / extra cheese and the pizza was to be hand tossed. There was no extra cheese and barely any pizza sauce. Also ordered 16 garlic bites and I asked for extra garlic butter to be applied/ well I received parmesan bites. Asked for marinara sause and a garlic butter for dipping and I was told that I had to pay even more money 💰. I will not eat here again 😑 ever.

I ordered a pizza and had it delivered. The young lady Alexius was very nice and made the delivery quickly, but the pizza was trash. It tasted as though something on the pizza was spoiled. Of the four of us that started to eat it, everyone said it around the same time after the first bite. This was our first bad experience, but something was not right!!

Placed my order on the app. I love that you can track the progress. The store was very busy, and she let me know that it would be about 5 more minutes so I pulled back around and instead of making me wait in the line to get back to the window she brought the food out to me. Wonderful customer service & the pizza was very good.

They are VERY unorganized!! Putting new people in the window that don’t know what they’re doing , Not answering the phone , Not getting the lines down & Rude. I called and they told me no one told them I payed for my order…I SHOULDNT HAVE TO TELL YOU I PAYED FOR A ORDER LOOK AND OBSERVE WTH????
