Domino's Pizza

We ordered the 7.99 carry out special. Is it special because it has no cheese? You can't even call this a pizza. The pepperoni was right but I'm being cheated on the cheese. If I have to add extra cheese for $3 just to make it normal, it's not special. Taking a break on Dominos. Take care of the people before the share holders.

Worthless attempt at customer service. Literally needed an order delivered 0.4 miles down the street to a construction site. I can see the dominoes from where im working. After fighting through automation systems amd 2 people they finally said they could deliver then said they couldn't break 100. So I went to subway instead. Driver missed out on a $25 tip for going 0.4 miles. Worthless customer service these days.

Domino’s Gilbert SC ,The locations is 4079 Augusta Highway suite c. This one takes the cake. This guy right here refused to remake pizza because 2 pieces were eaten out of it before we found a hair on the pizza. So I Called up there and said hey the last time we ordered the pizza had more sauce and cheese showed him the two pieces of hair on the food as well with a comparable photo from before literally week before of the same location same exact order. The one guy on the phone goes no problem bring the pizza back up. Anyway so I drive 20 minutes back to this location for this guy in the picture to refuse to remake said pizza because it’s beyond acceptable for the amount of sauce and cheese which it’s not and it doesn’t have two 2” strands of hair on it. I didn't know they gave me a solid salad when I got home 10 minutes later, it wasn't even edible on the same day. I was really disappointed with it the pizza was fine, but I rather get a refund for the Salad.

I placed an order through the Domino’s app and my delivery didn’t arrive until 40 minutes past the promised delivery time. When I called the store about 20 minutes after the missed time, the representative told me they were backed up with orders and assured me I would receive two free medium pizzas for the inconvenience. I was specifically told they would be annotated on my account under my phone number and that I could claim them anytime by calling in. Today, after waiting 18 minutes on hold, I was told there was no record of the promised pizzas and they could not honor it. A store making a mistake is one thing—promising to fix it and then denying it later is another. Between the late delivery, the poor communication, and the refusal to stand by their own word, I will not be ordering fr
