I’ll start off by saying, I love supporting small businesses …. But this one HAS to do better! First of all the smell of old mold hits you as soon as you walk in the door! We still chose to dine in because we were waiting on school to let out (big mistake) We waited over 45 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers - while waiting we noticed mold all over the ceilings around the AC vents. Cob webs in all of the corners and just a filthy out dated environment. The server was very nice but that didn’t matter after my head was pounding from breathing mold for an hour. Our clothes still smell of mold and mildew! I see now why they have a B rating on the door. This place needs a deep cleaning ASAP and probably a lot of other things too! This is such an awesome place. It’s got the old timey mom and pop shop feel. Everyone is so laid back and kind. The food is phenomenal and so fresh! I live like 5 minutes away, have for years, and have never been before. I was looking for a place nearby to take my daughter after a day at the park so we wouldn’t have to drive into Lexington and this place came up on the map with great reviews. I can see why! They even have a little table with activities for the kids to play with while waiting for food. A big hit for my two year old. We will now be going back often!

The pepper steak sub was recommended to me and it was amazing! The bread was soft and fresh! The meat was seasoned to perfection and the fries were perfect. I’ll definitely be going back.

The burgers were some of the best. The onion rings were Wonderful and the gentleman that helped us was a sweetheart.
