Domino's Pizza

Ordered delivery on a Saturday night so I expected some delay but not 2 hours after the initial delivery time. I have cancer and 3 kids so delivery is much more convenient usually otherwise I would just order pick up. I ended up driving to the location to pick it up and it was sitting on the shelf, cold. The cheesy bread was completely raw dough. The only “discount” I got was taking off the $5 delivery fee.

If you like your pizza arriving cold order from here. This is not the first time. I ordered my pizza around 5:50 the app informed me that it was out of the oven at 6:01 my pizza and chicken arrived at 6:54 cold. When I called the store I told them I would like to speak to a manager and I was informed they were going to put me on hold and they would get to me when they slow down. I will be contacting the store again tomorrow. I hung up after 15min of being on hold. This has happened more often than I can count. We have ordered from here and waited over 3 hours for pizza before.

I’ve had some not so great experiences here in the past but the new management has been killing it! Food is great staff is great. Sometimes delivery can take a bit but I get it and they are still situating their new staff it happens. But I’ll give credit when it’s due. Keep up the great work love seeing people work for once.

Worst service ALIVE. treated like total shit on the phone when I wad trying to inquire about my order that wasn't delivered an hr and half later. He actually hung up on me bc I was the rude one. He needs to learn customer service bc people have the right to inquire about purchased services. Listen to your recordings if u have to I will give u exact times. Absolutely rude and will never purchase from any dominos ever again.

Placed order for carside delivery got there and app said .y order was ready. I had to stop an employee to ask about my order because they never brought it out. He said it got smashed in the oven and they are remaking it. About 15 to 17 minutes later it finally came out. No apology or anything. They could have come out and let me know since you check.in with the app to say your there. In stead no one said anything.
