Domino's Pizza

I don’t know who answers the phone but he is so rude! Everytime I call he play games and then have the nerve to say hurry up. He needs to be fired. One time he acted like he can’t hear me n hung up another time he left me on hold for 10 mins and another time he cursed me out bc I was asking him what topping they had for the cheesy bread. He don’t need to work there or answer the calls. Horrible

last few times I have some take out.. the service was very good..mostly the guy take my order very friendly & last time I asked him name maybe “kawalpreet singh or something like that… Very nice service… thanks domino’s

I was very impressed with the satisfaction, with service, such as the manager kawalpreet Singh helping me while I needed assistance , the store is very clean and also the workers are all kind and constantly helping.

I ordered 1 pizza and 8 wings at 10:20 PM, and over an hour later, I still haven’t received my order. I’ve called the restaurant multiple times, and each time they tell me it’ll be “5–6 minutes,” but nothing ever arrives. To make matters worse, the order has been marked as delivered on Uber Eats, but I haven’t received anything at all.

i’ve never written a review, but this store deserves one. by far the WORST, customer service i received last night. if you want to order dominos, id simply avoid this new york location. i ordered a pizza, and the picture below just leaves me speechless. The manager, MD, was notably hostile during my visit. His demeanor created an unwelcoming atmosphere that made the entire dining experience uncomfortable. He made me very uncomfortable the whole time as i couldn’t even understand what he was saying. Upon entering the store, I couldn't help but notice that the cleanliness of the establishment left a lot to be desired.
