Domino's Pizza

I have to admit that I am shocked by the recent reviews because this location is excellent! I've ordered online around 5 pies now and each one was delicious and delivery service was on point. If it helps to know, I choose this Domino's location as my delivery service instead of uber, etc online.

Yeah not the best domino's in the bunch, rude staff incredibly rude manager. Hate filled pizza joint sadly, and the pizza is floppy and doughy. You want a pizza? Well right next door is a place called Deweys that serves much better pizza and has a much friendlier customer welcoming staff.

I unfortunately had an unpleasant experience with this Dominos today. I ordered for delivery, but it appears that I entered the wrong address. I take full responsibility for that, as that is my mistake. My order was delivered to my downstairs neighbor, and I was able to retrieve the order. However, I did not realize that I put in the wrong address so I called the store and the person that I spoke with was very rude to me. I gave him my name and informed him that the order status said complete, but I did not have the order. He took a very rude tone when he said, “it’s probably at your door. You said to leave it at the door.” I informed him that I did check my door and I did not see it, so I asked him to confirm the delivery address to see what was going on. My large thin crust pizza had plenty of extra cheese and sauce that was perfectly done Monday evening.

I call the store about my pizza order and the manager was tell me it’s going to delivery in 2 to 3 hours because they don’t have driver this guys who is talk has really bad his attitude is is rude and this is. Not good for business that’s what I know
