Domino's Pizza

Ordered from Dominoes in East Stroudsburg a few nights ago and had a horrible experience. Estimated wait for the pizza was about an hour. I was fine with this. I’d be up a little bit and could wait for the pizza. Two hours go by before my pizza is even being baked. I watched the delivery driver deliver 4-5 other locations and then drive back to the store without delivering my pizza. Then the app closed out the tracker as if I’d received my order! I was livid. I called the store and whoever I spoke to told me that “the drivers gps is messed up and he’d be at my place in 10 mins”. (Mind you it’s already 12:30 at night, and I ordered the pizza at 10:30pm.) I stayed up another half an hour (1am) with still no pizza. I tried calling the store 2 more times with no one answering the pho

I ordered extra Parmesan garlic sauce on the pizza. There was hardly any. When I called they told me we put enough on there. I'm the one eating it. I do not taste hardly any The pizza was good but it was dry The first pizza is the dry pizza I always ask for extra sauce. The second pizza is a previous order with extra sauce. See the difference

I accidentally made an in store pick up order, when I was supposed to make it a curbside pickup. I called and they made things so smoothly for my mom. Nice!

Horrible customer service, I ordered a pan pizza and it was left at my store step in 20 degree weather( did not select this option) , manager lied about delivery driver contacting me and refused to give a new pizza or a refund.. hung up on me and told me to warm my pizza up.. completely unprofessional and they have no human decency God bless

This was my second time having a problem here. Normally they’re good, but on Fridays and Saturdays night time, I wouldn’t recommend ordering pizza at this location. The staff just kept doing what they were doing while customers stood there and waited for awhile. They made my pizza incorrect due to them having a “bad” batch of dough. I hope no one at the store at that time happened to be the manager, and if so he/she needs to manage better.
