Hempstead Farm is where bees run the show and maple trees do all the heavy lifting. The honey is so good I considered befriending a bee, and the syrup is so delicious I briefly thought about moving into a tree. If you love nature, sweetness, and pretending you’re a woodland creature with excellent taste, this place is a must-visit!
