Domino's Pizza

I had such a great experience at this Domino’s location! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine smiles and friendly service. Faiza, Adnan, and Alomgir went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and that I felt truly valued as a customer. Faiaz was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was prepared just the way I wanted. Adnan was professional and efficient, ensuring my order was ready right on time, and Alomgir showed amazing hospitality, checking in to make sure I was completely satisfied before I left. It’s rare to find a team that not only provides excellent food but also delivers such outstanding customer service. Faiza, Adnan, and Alomgir truly made my visit memorable—I’ll definitely be coming back because of their kindness and professionalism.

Last time I’m going there. Ever again. Firstly, I walked in there to ask about my pre ordered pizza. I said my name, and he shouts what? What is it? I shout again, as loud as I can what my name is for the order. And he asks what is it? After a couple of tries, he was able to get my name. I was standing like 2 feet away from him. And there were like only 3 or 4 people in there and it was quiet. It’s like we were speaking on a construction site, or somewhere very loud. This alone means I’m never ordering here again. Secondly, the pizza tasted sour and was very bad. The dough was very super thin and the pizza was lite, even my gf noticed it. Maybe they removed or reduced the dough size per pizza. Dirty as they come when it comes to chain pizzerias. Where do I start. I ordered a pizza at 10 o’clock pm. Over an hour and a half goes by. I call the place and ask what’s going on with my pizza. He said it’s been dropped off. It wasn’t….. guy said he’s not gonna argue with me. He said his driver called 3 times. He never called. I have multiple cameras around my house. The tracker said he was parked at taco bell down the street for 25 mins. No one called me. No one dropped off a pizza. He told me To deal with it. He don’t know what to tell me. I visited this site at Union Road and Maryvale Drive in Cheektowaga. Was not told of any specials. I had to ask and found out when I got home that there was a special for 2 topping pizzas for 6.99 each. I bought 2 med for 9.99. One of them was mushrooms, green pepper and sausage. There was no sausage on that pizza.

Delivery from Domino's is the fastest food delivery you can get. Always amazed at how fast, it's almost like the driver is standing by the oven and leaving immediately after it's boxed lol. Food is very good but the delivery speed and late hours make it a favorite of my family
