Domino's Pizza

I am writing this review because of a serious food safety issue and the extremely unprofessional way it was handled by both the driver and the manager. My order was delivered without following my instructions. When I received it, there was chewing gum stuck to the outside of the pizza box, and both pizza boxes were completely unsealed. Because of this, I did not feel safe consuming the food. I immediately called the store to report the issue. The driver, who identified himself as Tarek, and the manager both responded by accusing me of “just wanting my money back” rather than addressing the food safety concern. I hate to write this as I order from here often, but as of 12/14/25 do not sign any receipts.They may give you if you have paid online for delivery. One of their delivery drivers took it upon themselves to add themselves.A two dollar tip and the manager is only willing to just give me the two dollars back.I cannot support a business that is willing to steal from its customers.

Worst experience ever. I just waited 2 hours for a delivery only for the store to call me and tell me that my order was being canceled. No reason was given. As others have said, the woman operating the phone has no business doing so. She can't understand anything. Could have made my own pizza at this rate. Never again. Plenty of other places around here - go to Jenny's or Johnny P's instead.

I ordered a Chicken Alfredo "BREADBOWL" for delivery when we got our food there was no "BREADBOWL" just Chicken Alfredo in a tin. After calling the store and speaking with Kevin I was told that since I got the Chicken Alfredo half of my order they considered my order complete! My question to Domino's is, if someone ordered a "Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich" and it was delivered without the "bread" would Domino's consider the order complete?

I've always ordered from this location because it's convenient but today I've had enough. Delivery driver has no customer service and order came back cold. I have missed a call for the delivery initially but, call response was less than a min > no second attempt at all. Driver have picked up and rudely pointed the blame at me stating he called ten times but, my call history states otherwise. The lack of customer service was uncalled for...especially when I've already tipped online gas lighting my first call to the store to complain. I was put on hold by store after phone pick up. Second call manager was making excuses for why the food isn't cold, (yet I was sitting their warming it up) dictating their is no issue. Order was received 40 mins after the attempt.
