We had a last minute party and I needed 12 pizza and some wings! I called them at 12pm for all this food by 2pm and they came through. Everything was hot and good! Thank you!

I called in an order for the pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread and had to explain to the person taking my order what I was ordering . Then once he claimed to know what I wanted he put my order in. When I picked it up and got back home with it, I had regular cheesy bread instead of what I ordered. Not happy at all!!!

I understand that places are short staffed and still feeling the backlash of Covid and layoffs, but this branch got their last dime from me. Ordered a simple single pizza and chose delivery because I was busy and couldn’t leave the house at that time. Ordered at exactly 12:00 when I hit the submit button. 3:11 I’m still waiting with no indication of how much longer it will be. “Driver is in your neighborhood” for 2 hours at that point. I’ve given the benefit of doubt to them before on 3 separate occasions for the same issue, but this is just plain sad. If you can’t deliver, at least call and let someone know so theyre not waiting for a paid meal that won’t ever come. Had them come before in different shapes from cold to swimming in sauce like a soupy mess(picture). It’s ridiculous. I held

Went to try the new stuffed crust pizza, and I had enough points saved up to where the pizza would be free minus paying the up charge for the crust, and an extra topping. Waited in a queue, and paid. I was promptly called back, and informed that they in fact didn't have the crust that I went there specifically for. I didn't cancel the order, because I can't get the points back, but it's frustrating because all I did was pay for a regular pizza, which would have been otherwise free.
